This package includes everything in Package 5, with the time and continuity to go deeper and stabilise change.
What the additional sessions allow us to do:

• Turn early habit changes into stable routines that hold through flare-ups, low-energy days and life stress
• Go deeper into lifestyle support — nutrition, sleep, movement and energy management — and adapt these as your symptoms shift
• Revisit goals and decisions as they evolve, instead of trying to “get it right” once
• Strengthen self-trust and confidence through repetition, reflection and adjustment
• Reduce the cycle of starting over by building consistency without rigidity
