For me, health is above all else, it’s the foundation for everything we want to build in life. Honesty is non-negotiable; I’m direct and clear—not to push, but to help you get unstuck.

I believe in independence and I will encourage you to own your journey without relying on quick fixes or someone else’s rules. Curiosity drives my work. I challenge assumptions and dig beneath the surface to find what truly works.

Though my focus is health coaching, my training in counselling principles equips me to hold space for the emotional challenges that naturally arise during habit change. Before coaching, I spent nearly two decades helping people feel confident and at ease in front of the camera—often in situations that felt unfamiliar or intimidating. That work taught me to build trust quickly, read subtle cues, hold a non-judgemental space, and guide people to access self-belief they didn’t know they had. Today, I bring those skills to coaching, creating breakthroughs through precise, actionable insight.

I am a perceptive and honest coach who challenges you to see what’s really going on beneath the surface, motivates you to take ownership, and makes the journey to better health clearer, more manageable, and genuinely supportive.
